Admittedly, I have had my struggles being in a hostel, long duty hours, night shifts, enjoying those countless tea and coffee breaks, and of course, my foodie family.

It just didn't end here. While maintaining work and life balance as a doctor, later on, as a wife and now mother as well, I have seen myself struggling between binge eating episodes to following every single detox diet on this earth and learned the hard way that there's no substitute to a healthy lifestyle.

From being a beginner, learning how to hold a dumbbell then to changing the lives of women and men all across the globe now and helping them achieve their fitness goals is what makes this profession my biggest passion.

No matter where you are in your fitness journey, whether an absolute beginner, a new mom, someone looking to take their fitness journey ahead, struggling with hormonal issues, menopausal, long-standing knee and back issues, or injuries, I will hold you strong all through the journey till you achieve your goals.
