As women, we have to go through various health milestones in life, from periods to pregnancy and beyond. Trust me, I know what it takes to recover post-pregnancy, raise kids and still keep a fit body and a calm mind. Over the years, I have realized that Yoga in its entirety has a holistic solution to our fitness and postpartum issues – including diet, flexibility, fitness, and even your glow. 

I am a certified Yoga trainer from "𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐘𝐔𝐒𝐇" (Govt of India) where I have done a detailed study of Yoga (connect of body-mind & breath, the particular postures, the link to body’s anatomy, the subtle forces and life force within the body, etc. Apart from this, I am also a globally certified Women’s Fitness Expert, Personal Trainer (Strength Training), and Sports Nutritionist. 

I pledged numerous times while studying Yoga that I would commit myself to impart Yoga and passionately transforming the lifestyles of my friends and community.
