Green coffee is basically unroasted coffee which has caffeine and chlorogenic acid, which is not found in roasted coffee. As we all know, caffeine is known for boosting metabolism and chlorogenic acid helps in terms of weight loss as it reduces the absorption of carbohydrates from the digestive tract. In simple terms, it’s like having a low carb diet.
