• You understand that this is an online-based personal training program and that the personal trainers will not be available to meet in person.
• Your agreement is with your personal trainer who delivers your training. You understand that the Trainer is self-employed and you are entering into a contract with her alone and all.
• Details provided by you will be strictly confidential.
• You understand that the trainer is certified and will design a safe program taking into account your lifestyle, goals, fitness level and medical history.
• Sharing of your personal plan is strictly against company policy.
• Your training will only commence after you complete a full fitness assessment on a video call with your personal trainer.
• You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform the Trainer of any conditions or changes to your health, now and ongoing, which might affect your ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.
• Your Trainer cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.
• You understand that the results of any fitness program cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort and co-operation in and outside of the sessions.
• Once purchased, your Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
